I’m an Executive coach in Long Beach, Mississippi. I help leaders and other creative professionals build stronger teams and more satisfying careers.

Coaching is a highly collaborative and creative act. So is leadership. Through coaching, you waste less time getting to your goals. We use strategies that make the most of your individual strengths and superpowers, and your styles of working and living. • I’ve been coaching since 2000, locally and multi-nationally, for individuals, groups, teams, and organizations.
• Once I discovered coaching, I completed three professional coaching programs and a doctorate. Now I contribute to research that improves the practice and experience of coaching.
• I coach at many levels and in various functions, often using my professional experience in communication, management, technology, government, media, and education.
• My professional interests include leaders and organizations in transition; breakthrough change and innovation; and strategy and systems.
• My formal education includes a B.S. in Communication: Journalism; an M.A. in Occupational Development: Business; and a Ph.D. in Adult Learning: Leadership Development
