Angelica Alexander Defillo, MBA, SPHR, CPC, ELI-MP President president@icfgulfcoast.com Why I’m serving on the Board: “What the world needs now is love sweet love.” Coaching widens the lens of our world view and invites us to ponder what’s possible. It’s invigorating to imagine a world made more vibrant by purposeful connection, consciousness, and service. It is rewarding to assist in the ongoing support and professional development for coaches and professionals interested in coaching. I am serving on the Board to expand the footprint of coaching in underserved communities and to create increase in the purposeful pursuit of diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice. |
