With high proficiency in developing public relations and communications strategies, I have established history in identifying internal and contextual inhibitive roadblocks for devising effective plans in accordance with client strengths to ameliorate behavioral impact. I am well-versed in teaching convenient emotional and behavioral regulation techniques to evaluate clients' advancement toward goal actualization. I am also adept at unifying, leading, and mentoring multi-faceted teams of volunteers and professionals to enhance collaboration for achieving distinct goals/objectives within budget and time constraints.
Some of my career accomplishments are listed below:
• Launched the Laila Morcos Zissis, Exquisite Life Coaching Company, a client-centered coaching and consulting company focused on creating partnerships with clients who want to achieve high levels of wellness and success.
• Completed 160+ hours of coach-specific training and continuing education, as well as 1000+ hours accumulated in 1-on-1 private coaching and group coaching via phone, email, in-person, and video conferencing.
• Developed a 10-week time-management and self-care program for clients to regain joy, confidence and energy entitled Exquisite Life Time-Management System.
