Learning Objectives
Define what it means to meet clients where they are, even if it is helping them identify that they are not ready for coaching.
Explore productive confrontation with clients. When and how is it possible to effectively confront a client’s inertia or lack of engagement?
Create structure and deliverable to best manage relationship with sponsor organization and help them support coaching of their employees.
The November ECSIG will be facilitated by Katie Riker Sternberg, ACC, MSW, LMSW, MBA. Katie’s more than 25 years of professional experience is a blend of senior marketing leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, individual counseling and executive coaching. Since 2013, she has focused exclusively on coaching within a wide variety of private and public companies. Katie has contributed to the success of a long list of leaders by leveraging science-backed assessment tools, coaching skills and business acumen.
Katie is a Licensed Master of Social Work, holding two Masters’ Degrees, in Social Work and Business Administration. Katie has ACC certification as a coach and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a Certified Behavior Analyst, a Korn FerryTM 360 ̊ certified coach and is qualified to offer a variety of assessment instruments including DISC and SDI.
