Workshop Leader: Chris Wahl, MA Ed, MCC

Chris is a master-certified coach through ICF and is certified as a developmental coach. Chris brings a developmental perspective to her work with leaders, helping them build their capacity to succeed beyond challenges and to create a thriving professional life. Chris is the founder and creator of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate program, where she teaches. She is adjunct faculty member teaching adult development in Georgetown’s Transformational Leadership program and coaches in Notre Dame’s Executive MBA program. Chris has co-authored two books, Be Your Own Coach, and On Becoming a Leadership Coach, and has been a frequent guest and host on radio shows dedicated to conscious leadership.

Workshop Objectives

Explore your own story and experience about transitions
Introduce and test frameworks and models to improve your coaching effectiveness when working with clients in transitions
Recognize and normalize emotions that appear throughout transitions
