Program Description

As executive coaching has evolved, so has the need to creatively and effectively engage your client’s employer into your work. Integrating the employer and supervisor into your coaching means a potentially better outcome for your client. In the three dimensions of executive coaching: client, employer and coach… how do you as the coach navigate confidentiality, share assessment results, deal with challenging clients, or manage the upward transitions and possibilities of your developmental coachee?

Learning Objectives:

1) What work needs to occur before the engagement formally is initiated? How do we address confidentiality?

2) How is the supervisor involved in the process? How do you manage the disengaged or toxic boss?

3) How do you coach to the corporate sponsor’s strategic business objectives?

4) How do you incorporate the client, supervisor and sponsor during the engagement and at the end?

Facilitators for this SIG event are ICF Gulf Coast chapter members Craig Juengling, PCC, Ed Chaffin, PCC, and Annetta Johnson, ACC

This program has been approved for 1.5 Core Competency CCEUs.
