We hear about the coaching agreement but what does it truly mean?  Is it a competency, a document or a concept? Point of fact–it transcends core competencies and expands into the legalities and ethics of our industry.

In our discussion, we'll explore the coaching agreement and examine the ethical considerations central to it. You'll discover available resources and a tool for building a great coaching agreement.
