This information packed webinar will cover two ICF Core Competencies: Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client and Coaching Presence as foundational to co-creating a strong coaching relationship.

We will explore these competencies through three lenses: your coaching, your business practices and your life. Darcy will share the mistakes she learned the hard way on her journey to becoming a Master Certified Coach, as well as where new coaches struggle in these areas as witnessed the last seven years that she has been the lead instructor and director of training for the UW-Madison Certified Professional Coaching Program, a rigorous 9-month, 150-hour ICF accredited program.

This webinar has been approved for 1.0 Core Competency CCEUs.
