The COVID pandemic has meant major shifts in the practices of coaches and their clients; coaching has taken a back seat to managing sequestered families, work and life crises, or the day to day employment for many people.
The leadership of the ICF Gulf Coast Chapter is hosting a special 90 minute educational event to explore with Gulf Coast members how to stay visible and relevant to buyers of coaching.
Craig Juengling, PCC will facilitate a special group Zoom meeting to explore successes, learning opportunities, and what strategies the group can share to the benefit of all participating coaches.
Learning Objectives:
1) How coaches can be more visible to current sponsors and buyers of coaching.
2) Explore how coaching can be promoted to the community and its employers.
3) Explore what is working and what it not, for attendees to share as a group and promote coaching in this tenuous time.
4) Managing your conversation with the sponsors and buyers of coaching to demonstrate the value of coaching during the pandemic.
This webinar has been approved for 1.5 Resource Development CCEUs.
