Transactional Analysis (TA) is a theory of personality and communication that is widely used in psychotherapy, education, business and finally finding its way into coaching.

In this 90-minute presentation you will learn how to enrich your coaching practice by incorporating Transactional Analysis into your work with clients.  You will learn about the philosophy and key aspects of transactional analysis and how to apply them. Some of the concepts covered are the PAC model, drivers, injunctions and game theory.

3 Key Takeaways:

1 You will become familiar with the Ego-State Model and how to spot which ego state your client comes from to improve communication and relation-ship building.

2. Identify your client’s and your own drivers and injunctions to work more effectively with self-sabotaging behavior, inner critic and boundaries.

3. You will be learning about psychological games, how to spot them and avoid getting trapped in them.

This webinar has been approved for 1.0 Core Competency and 0.5 Resource Development CCEUs by the International Coaching Federation.
