Who are you?  It’s the most powerful question in coaching—and the key to helping any client name, claim and unlock their core motivational power.  Find out how to do that through story typing, a uniquely energizing coaching framework for activating client insights about who they really are and how to leverage what’s best about them.  During this very interactive and application-focused session, you’ll experience how story typing can dramatically enhance coaching conversations and impact—and move your clients to a higher level of authentic engagement and inspired action.  Come for the fresh, easy-to-use coaching techniques; stay to explore your own most alive and charged-up self!

Key session objectives:

  • Explore story typing, a framework that includes the 12 unique story-based styles most likely to shape professional meaning, motivation, resilience and contribution quotient
  • Learn about narrative intelligence, the brain’s capacity to read motivational patterns in self and others
  • Practice three types of coaching applications (tactical, strategic and transformative)

All participants are invited (but not required) to take the Professional Strengths, Values & Story Survey before the session, available here

This webinar has been approved for 1.0 Core Competency and 0.5 Resource Development CCEUs by the International Coaching Federation.

About Cindy Atlee

Partner, The Storybranding Group

Founder, The Narrative Intelligence Group

When I was a kid devouring pretty much every book in sight, I thought I’d be a novelist when I grew up. As an adult, I realized it wasn’t the craft of writing that I loved so much.  It was getting to know the fascinating characters who lived in great storylines.

I loved finding out what they were like, what made them tick, what they were capable of, what they were most passionate about—and how they mattered in the world.  I never became a writer, but that early inspiration has everything to do with my actual career helping clients see and show others their best, most vibrant and valuable selves.

Right now, I’m principal of The Storybranding Group, where I help clients use the power of who they are to develop motivated leaders, engaged teams and inspired brands.  I’m also founder of the Narrative Intelligence Collective, where I’m ICF-approved to train coaches in my story-based methods and tools.

Much of my work includes the  Professional Strengths, Values & Story Survey (SVSS), an innovative typological tool I co-developed that measures individual and group “story type” in the workplace.  My coaching and leadership training includes certifications from the Coaches Training Institute, George Mason University, Georgetown University.
