Throughout over 17 years of mentoring, teaching, training and guiding coaches through all levels of credentialing, I’ve helped coaches become more confident, solid and skilled in their Core Competencies, I’ve watched coaches of ALL levels get caught up on “hitting all the markers” and I’ve witnessed coaches struggle, panic and become overwhelmed in trying to pass their exams and achieve their credentials.
And it really can be a whole lot easier.
In fact, I’ve discovered there are only 3 things that every trained coach really needs to focus on in their coaching—three Core Components that will INSTANTLY and POWERFULLY hit ALL THE MARKERS of ALL THE CORE COMPETENCIES.
In other words, if you do these three, then you’re coaching powerfully, and all the Core Competencies and Markers grow, deepen, expand and are easily and effortlessly revealed.
To be clear, this isn’t just about passing your credential exam, it’s about how to make your coaching—ANY type of coaching that you do—a whole lot easier and so much more powerful.
It all comes down to these three CORE Components of our coaching.
