I always tell coaches: “Listening is an action. It’s about how you take things in and how you respond, in real time”. And it’s in real time where we have to develop and ask questions that have to be both effortless and powerful!

Meet Your Presenter: Laura Janusik
Laura Janusik is a dynamic Communication Coach, Consultant, and Trainer. She enters most communication through the back door of listening. Her PhD in Communication, with a specialty in Listening, and her MBA help her see various perspectives that many miss.
She loves working with coaches to help them connect with their clients on a deeper level and transfer the work of coaching to the client. Her approach to helping others listen is practical, other-oriented, and grounded in research.
Laura is published both nationally and internationally. You’ll find her research and ideas cited in academic journals and publications including Forbes, Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, US News and World Report, and the Coach Magazine.
