“Risking Delight” was born out of the pandemic and all that it created in terms of suffering, guilt, and loss. As Covid ended and gatherings began again, “Risking Delight” became the inspired topic for a 3-day retreat.

During the retreat we learned that human beings are wired for delight and often forget their right to experience delight. And Covid has not been our only teacher. We have tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, violence, politics, as well as other things bigger than we are that can easily squash our delight.

And so, it goes… There always seems to be a good time to talk about delight.

For this virtual webinar, you will be introduced to several pieces of poetry for exploration and reflection, and we will discuss how delight shows up in our lives, and when needed, what we can do to bring it out of hiding.

Once we, as coaches, hone in on our right and need to experience delight, we can then help our clients to do the same.
