Meet Your Presenter: Dr. Carol Turner, Ed.D., MCC
Dr. Carol Turner is a distinguished leadership coach and educator with over two decades of experience in executive development and organizational transformation. As the Founder and Director of Education at the International Coach Institute (ICI), she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of coaches through ICF-accredited programs, including the Level 2 Leadership-Coaching Program (internationalcoachinstitute.com).
Before establishing ICI, Dr. Turner served as an executive coach at Boeing, where she collaborated with the Change Management and Program Planning teams to enhance IT collaboration and performance. Her tenure at Boeing underscored her ability to drive systemic change and foster leadership excellence within complex organizational structures.
Dr. Turner holds a Doctorate in Education and Psychology from Pepperdine University and is recognized as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching philosophy integrates evidence-based methodologies with a deep understanding of human behavior, enabling leaders to navigate challenges with resilience and strategic insight. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Kim integrates deep coaching expertise with real-world business acumen—making her a trusted thought partner to senior executives and emerging leaders alike.
Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development and Effectiveness at a leading health insurance organization, Kim leads enterprise-wide initiatives in leadership development, talent strategy, succession planning, and cultural transformation. She is known for designing pragmatic, high-impact programs that unlock potential, build trust, and align leadership behavior with business strategy.
